Rajeev Jain, enrolled as a member of The Institute Of Chartered Accountant Of India in 2005, has attained experience of more than 9 years in financial advisory, assurance, taxation and accounting. He has Extensive Experience in assisting corporates in Domestic and International Transfer Pricing (TP) and in bank audits, system audits & SOP's preparation.
Vishal Singh is Co-founder of Vishal Singh & Associates LLP. He is a qualified Advocate. He has 5 years rich experience of handling matters concerning Corporate Laws, Securities Law, IPR, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, SEBI, handling corporate notice and Drafting Agreements. He has worked extensively in all kind of corporate cases before all forums.
Naushad Alam is a qualified Company Secretary. He is a member of ICSI. He has 7 years rich experience of handling matters concerning Corporate Laws, IPR, Corporate Restructuring, Joint Ventures, SEBI, ROC matters, handling corporate notice. As a Company Secretary position he holds vast experience in corporate law matters, Financial Market & Corporate Governance.
Kamal Goyal is an Associate member of ICAI. He possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administrative in Finance from Symbosis University. He has an experience of more than 3 years in multiple spheres including general functions in the field of auditing, accounting and handling taxation matters along with the specialized functions including finance and banking.
Mayank Goyal is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered accountant of India (ICAI).
